Never watched a webcast before? It's actually pretty easy!

Step 1: Register and receive email confirmation

Visit chambermusicdetroit.org/digital and purchase your Digital Access (Single Tickets are $12). Once registered, check your inbox for an email from CameraMusic (noreply@vbotickets.com). Make sure to save this email to access the Digital Concert(s) when it goes live and/or is on-demand.

Step 2: Access the Digital Concert via email

At the concert start time, open your Email Confirmation and scroll down to find the “Watch Now” button.

Doors Closed: Virtual Doors Open two hours before the concert start time; please use this time to get connected. If the concert countdown is not there, please refresh your page half hour before the concert start time. There is no code needed for this year's digital access - your email is your direct link to view the concert. If you are asked a code, please note that it will already be placed for you when you click on the direct link from your email.

Step 3: Select the full-screen mode and turn on sound for the best experience. Enjoy!

If we are "live," you should see the video player with the upcoming live concert. Look for a little triangular arrow icon in the lower left-hand corner of the "screen." Push it, and the video will start. Once it starts playing, look in the lower right-hand corner of the "screen" for another little icon that will enlarge the video to fill up the full screen of your device. Not hearing anything? Make sure the device and video player sound are both turned up. Enjoy!

Devices to Watch From

Computer (PC or Mac): Probably the most easy way to watch with decent screen size and sound.

Smart Phone/Tablet: Access the concert via your email same way you would with a computer. If you're watching alone, headphones may make the audio experience better.

TV via HDMI with computer: For a glorious experience you can connect your computer to the TV with an HDMI cable. This will make your TV work as an external computer monitor. Make sure the TV input setting (the input button on your TV's remote control) is pointing to the specific input method you plan to use (like "HDMI-1" or "HDMI-2"). If you have never used an HDMI cable, please watch this video with instructions on how to connect your computer to the TV: https://youtu.be/75yxfG1dc7A. If you don’t have an HDMI cable, you can purchase one here from Amazon for $16 or less (depending on the desired length).
